MTZ Tech, a forward-thinking company focused on workflow automation and efficiency, is looking for a Zapier Automation Intern with 1+ year of experience. This role involves designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Zapier workflows across various platforms to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and deploy Zapier workflows to automate tasks across Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Shopify, and other platforms.
✅ Optimize and troubleshoot existing Zaps to ensure reliability and performance.
✅ Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate apps and APIs.
✅ Document automation processes and provide training on Zapier best practices.
✅ Stay updated on Zapier’s latest features and integrations.

Required Skills:

✔ 1+ year of hands-on experience in Zapier automation.
✔ Proficiency in creating multi-step Zaps with filters, paths, and custom logic.
✔ Experience integrating CRMs, email platforms, and databases.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills to debug automation errors.
✔ Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
✔ Bonus: Experience with API integrations or tools like Make.com/Integromat.
