Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Management

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments.

Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute content plans for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos.
• Monitor trends and implement viral content strategies.
• Track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics & Growth

• Monitor video and social media performance using analytics tools.
• A/B test content and thumbnails for better reach.
• Implement monetization strategies where applicable.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience managing YouTube channels & social media.

✔ Strong video editing & content creation skills.

✔ Understanding of YouTube SEO & algorithm trends.

✔ Knowledge of paid promotions & digital marketing is a plus.
