Wtg Engineer

Description:

Orient Energy Systems is looking for a qualified and experienced Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission Wind Turbines in line with industry standards and safety protocols.
Operate technical tools and equipment used in the installation process.
Monitor and troubleshoot turbine performance using SCADA systems.
Perform maintenance checks and assist in the optimization of turbine operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations, particularly when working at heights or in challenging weather conditions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the installation and commissioning of Wind Turbines.
Certifications:
GWO (Global Wind Organization) Basic Safety Training (preferred).
Prerequisites:
Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment specific to turbine installation.
Strong familiarity with SCADA systems for turbine monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively in challenging environments and at heights.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Willingness to work in remote locations and offshore environments as required.
Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and project requirements.
