- Being proactive in responding to employee complaints via email, Slack, and in-person.
- Creating, analyzing, and enhancing organizational frameworks and practices.
What We’re Looking For
- One year of experience in workplace management with a reputed organization
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other applications.
- Prior experience working with third-party providers
- Expertise in data configuration and record keeping.
- Should be familiar with programs such as Asana and HappyFox.
- Responding to inquiries and complaints by email, Slack, and in person.
- Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees.
- They must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests.
- Innovative techniques to improve the employee experience while cutting costs.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Understanding of procurement and inventory management.
- Developing links with other departments and internal stakeholders.
- Encourages an inclusive workplace culture.
