Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch following best coding practices.
- Design and build custom plugins to extend WordPress functionality.
- Customize and modify existing WordPress themes to meet client requirements.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues, including PHP, CSS, and JavaScript errors.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enhance WooCommerce, Elementor, and Gutenberg functionalities.
- Ensure responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and mobile-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong expertise in WordPress theme & plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with WordPress hooks, filters, and custom post types.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF, Elementor, Gutenberg, and REST API.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with Git version control and deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
