Responsibilities:

-Create visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress websites, focusing on design aesthetics and usability.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design requirements and branding guidelines, ensuring the alignment of design concepts with their vision.

- Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure websites are accessible and visually engaging on various devices and screen sizes.

- Stay updated on the latest WordPress themes, plugins, and design trends, incorporating them into web design projects to deliver fresh and modern designs.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the functionality and performance of WordPress websites.

- Actively participate in design discussions and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and concepts to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing design updates, addressing feedback, and ensuring the successful execution of design projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in designing WordPress websites.

- Demonstrable experience as a WordPress Designer, with a portfolio showcasing visually appealing and functional WordPress sites.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for crafting web assets.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to create and modify WordPress themes and templates.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles to ensure WordPress sites display correctly on various devices.

- Experience with leading page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg to streamline the design process.

- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in WordPress designs for better search engine rankings.

- Skilled in UX/UI principles to create intuitive and user-friendly website layouts and designs.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, agile environment to meet project timelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for team collaboration and client interactions.
