Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website & Designs Sales Specialist at Erratumless Pvt Ltd. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as promoting and selling website & design service, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and managing sales activities through cold calling and PPC. The Sales Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized website and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn commission and additional perks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the website and design industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
