Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer (Fresh). The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, web development, programming, and web design tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop WordPress websites based on client requirements.
- Customize themes and templates to achieve the desired look and functionality.
- Develop or modify custom plugins to enhance website features.
- Collaborate with clients and designers to ensure projects meet objectives.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other tools as needed.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Freelance WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and shortcodes.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
- Strong understanding of website performance, SEO, and mobile optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide project updates.
- Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
