Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Karāchi. The
Warehouse Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with
stock control, inventory control, operations management and inventory
management.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the operation process by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute inventory optimization strategies.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, stock outs, and carrying costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships with internal departments as well as external stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence within the standard work processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operation, such as inventory accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to safeguard the integrity of products.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide regular reports on inventory status, operational efficiency, and any issues requiring attention.
- You will have the responsibility to be proactive in understanding and analyzing technical solutions and how to improve them. You will be asked to identify areas to strengthen the operational effectiveness and excellence, leverage technology and improve the quality of process, programs or applications for the business area(s).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, setting performance expectations, and providing coaching and training as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
4. Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
