Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our Warehouse Department in the Print and Pack industry. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for the receiving, storing, and systematic management of materials, as well as the issuance of materials as per the requirements. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the physical and systematic stock of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store and organize raw materials and supplies in the warehouse, utilizing appropriate storage systems and practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels, including physical counts and systematic inventory management.
- Implement inventory control measures to ensure stock accuracy, minimize stock discrepancies, and prevent stock outs or overages.
- Issue materials to various departments, including production and ink manufacturing, as per their requirements, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and supplies as per the requirements of different departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, ink manufacturing, quality and procurement, to optimize stock management and fulfill departmental needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock records and inventory data.
- Knowledge of proper storage and handling techniques for various types of raw materials and supplies.
- Familiarity with stock management principles, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and batch control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address warehouse-related issues and implement effective solutions.
