Description:

The Team: Our team supports the Commercial organization utilizing commercial CRM systems and tools within S&P Global Commodity Insights in attracting new clients, and retention of existing customers. We work to drive operational efficiency for all business stakeholders by working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives on commercial systems – Salesforce, Marketo, etc.. This team works with employees around the globe and at all levels in the business, providing a unique opportunity to get exposure to all areas of the business. We are a growing team with many senior associates that can provide on-the-job training and mentoring on a going forward basis

The Impact: The Commercial Systems team drives operational efficiency by applying the agile methodology of software development and owns the prioritization of the S&P Global CI Commercial Systems strategic initiatives. We also provide communications and overview on new system features and improve data quality by implementing efficient data governance processes. In this role, you will ensure successful implementation of the WalkMe solution, including creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of WalkMe elements in alignment with project implementation timelines
 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Adoption/User Experience team and business stakeholders to define Walk- thru scope and requirements for Salesforce and future commercial systems
  • Create design documents, build, test, deploy, and maintain Walk-thrus, including working with stakeholders to ensure Walk-thrus are current, accurate, and relevant
  • Identify Walk-thru gaps and work to close them (missing Walk-thrus, outdated Walk-thrus, etc.)
  • Review work elements such as Walk-thrus, Shoutouts, etc. created by other content creators for completeness/thoroughness, and adjust where necessary prior to deployment
  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with WalkMe or coach end-users to resolve reported bugs/issues
  • Maintain the WalkMe solution by tracking all feature enhancements, deploying where appropriate, and communicating changes to business stakeholders
  • Analyze data related to the use of the WalkMe solution against various established KPIs
  • Complete validation, UAT, and regression testing for all WalkMe releases
  • Facilitate translation of Walk-thrus to additional languages when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a software or technology company
  • WalkMe experience is required
  • Previous experience in software development and/or support and knowledge of Agile development models
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international teams and projects
