I am looking for someone with experience leading a large team of SEO professionals. We will be building out a bigger SEO team so leaderships skills, experience and initiative are required for this position. I am looking for someone who understands SEO well and who has experience leading a team of SEO experts that have done great work.

This role will include:

-Hiring and retaining talented SEO professionals

-Keeping the team on track with all projects and SEO work

-Improving processes

-Creating reports for clients and ensuring the team implements client feedback

-Motivating and helping the team continually improve
