We are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of “Voice Operation Engineer” in his Network Operation department.
Job Description:
· Provide technical support to all the customers nationwide related to voice issues
· Coordination with field teams to fix the customer issues
· Monitoring of voice network nodes nationwide
· Opening the tickets timely manner
Job Requirement:
· BS in Electrical/Telecom/IT/CS
· 1-2 years of working experience in Telecom sector
· CCNA/CCNP
· Asterisk/IP telephony
· VoIP/SIP
