Zellburry, a leading fashion retail brand with 53 stores nationwide, is looking for a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Karachi. This role is key in ensuring that the store layouts and displays reflect the brand image and engage customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
- Design seasonal window displays, floor layouts, and product placements.
- Ensure all visual elements align with Zellburry’s brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor display effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on promotional displays and events.
- Regularly refresh and update visual displays to maintain store standards.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles and retail display techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
- Creative flair with a strong attention to detail and color.
