Visual Merchandiser

Description:

Zellburry, a leading fashion retail brand with 53 stores nationwide, is looking for a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store shopping experience. You will design and implement seasonal window displays, floor layouts, and product placements that align with Zellburry’s brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, trends, and retail display techniques. Experience in fashion retail and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to plan promotional displays and events, and ensure that all visual elements meet the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience
• Design and implement window displays, floor layouts, and product placements
• Align visual elements with Zellburry’s brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
• Monitor the effectiveness of displays and make improvements
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on promotional displays and events
• Maintain store visual standards by updating and refreshing displays regularly
• Train store staff on visual merchandising principles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a fashion retail environment
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles and retail display techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Creative flair with attention to detail and color
