Virtual Medical Dispatcher

Description:

Bactech is seeking a Virtual Medical Dispatcher to coordinate medical transportation services for a U.S.-based healthcare client. This role involves real-time vehicle route management, ride assignment, and dispatch operations to ensure efficient and timely patient transport.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and manage real-time vehicle routes.
✅ Assign and optimize rides based on urgency and availability.
✅ Use GPS and mapping tools to improve route efficiency.
✅ Adjust schedules to minimize delays and optimize dispatching.
✅ Ensure compliance with service protocols and operational standards.
✅ Maintain accurate records of ride assignments and vehicle status.

Work Schedule:

🕒 Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
