Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- 3-5 years' experience handling Patient calls and other Front-Desk duties. (Answering phone calls, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant within US Healthcare system.
- Ability to make follow-up calls to patients for appointment reminders and updates.
