Description:
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
- Support business development initiatives by conducting research, developing proposals, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate project activities and assist with project planning and management.
- Communicate with clients via emails and calls to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Maintain client's calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
- Conduct market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis
- Support the development of marketing materials and collateral.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using various communication tools, such as email, instant messaging, and video conferencing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with remote teams
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle different tasks and work with various clients
