Virtual Assistant

 

Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Support business development initiatives by conducting research, developing proposals, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate project activities and assist with project planning and management.
  • Communicate with clients via emails and calls to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Maintain client's calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Conduct market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis
  • Support the development of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools, such as email, instant messaging, and video conferencing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with remote teams
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle different tasks and work with various clients
