Description:
The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the
team while working remotely. This role involves managing communications, scheduling
meetings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient daily operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email and phone.
- Prepare, manage, and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain and update contact lists and CRM systems.
- Provide general administrative support across various departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred from the top university.
- Should have experience working in Tier one organization more than 2 years.
- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or related role support C-Level.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office gadgets/applications (e.g., calendars, CRM software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
