As a Virtual Assistant at Ecom Panda LLC, you will be pivotal in managing our newsletter content and promotion strategies. Your role will involve a blend of marketing acumen, research capabilities, and excellent communication skills to enhance our brand’s presence and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our newsletter subscriber base.
- Manage daily operations of our newsletter, including content management, scheduling, distribution, and analysis of performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in digital marketing and relevant industries.
- Collaborate with writing team to coordinate and optimize promotion efforts across multiple channels.
- Maintain and update our LinkedIn profile to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the writing team as needed, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and relevant industry trends.
- Assist in the creation and management of promotional materials and campaigns.
- Sign up for affiliate programs and share relevant affiliate links with the writing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, focusing on marketing and promotional activities.
- Strong LinkedIn profile with evidence of past marketing success.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to perform research using data analytics software and social media platforms.
