We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and create dynamic short-form content for various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in motion graphics, and capable of producing high-quality edits that resonate with audiences. This role involves editing 30-45 short-form talking-head videos per month, with a focus on motion text, visual effects, animations, and syncing B-roll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 30–45 short-form talking-head videos per month with high-quality edits, including motion text, graphics, light animations, and subtitles.

• Enhance videos for pacing, energy, clarity, and overall impact.

• Scale content production by creating short videos using stock footage/B-roll with text overlays.

• Produce fast-turnaround edits with clean formatting and consistency.

• Utilize AI-assisted or template-driven workflows for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong motion graphics and editing skills.

• Proven experience editing short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

• Excellent sense of storytelling, timing, and pacing.

• Ability to source or access royalty-free B-roll.

• Bonus: Experience with tools like Descript, CapCut, Runway ML, or Pictory.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, business, or educational content.

• Awareness of viral trends and platform-specific best practices.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines and work under tight deadlines.
