Baron Tech (Pvt) Limited is actively seeking a highly creative and skilled Sr. Video Editor & Graphic Designer to become a core part of its growing team based in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity tailored for professionals who excel in visual storytelling, video editing, podcast production, and creative design.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end video production including pre-production planning, recording, editing, and post-production processes. You will be editing high-quality podcast episodes, producing visually compelling video content for YouTube, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal branding materials. In addition, the role includes designing static and dynamic visual assets such as social media posts, banners, and other brand-related content.

A strong understanding of motion graphics, animations, and post-processing elements like intros/outros, B-rolls, color grading, transitions, and audio mixing is essential. Familiarity with professional studio equipment and camera handling will be expected. Bonus points for candidates who can support the UI/UX team with mockups, wireframes, and visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle video production and podcast editing.

• Design marketing visuals, banners, and branded assets.

• Develop motion graphics, intros/outros, and visual effects.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to visualize brand stories.

• Optionally assist the UI/UX team with design work.

Tools & Technologies:

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects

• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender (plus)

• Podcast Editing: Adobe Audition, Audacity, Descript

• UI/UX Design (plus): Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in video editing and design.

• Strong grasp of camera operations and studio setups.

• Expertise in audio-video synchronization, transitions, and color grading.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong storytelling and conceptualization abilities.
