Description:

A creative and detail-oriented Video Editor is required for a full-time night shift position in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have expertise in 2D animation, motion graphics, and video editing to produce high-quality content for marketing, social media, and product explainer videos.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Develop 2D animations and motion graphics for various platforms.
🎞 Edit and enhance promotional videos, ads, and social media content.
📜 Work with storyboards, scripts, and voiceovers to create compelling narratives.
✨ Incorporate visual effects, transitions, typography, and sound design for high-quality video output.
📱 Optimize video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites.
🤝 Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to execute creative ideas.
📈 Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in motion design and video editing.

Requirements:

✔ 2-4 years of experience in 2D animation and video editing.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
✔ Strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques.
✔ Experience in creating explainer videos, product demos, social media ads, and branded content.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and post-production processes.
✔ A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing animation and editing skills.
✔ Experience with 3D animation (a plus, but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 A degree or certification in Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
🏢 Experience working in a marketing agency or production studio.
🖌 Familiarity with animation rigs and character animation.
