Responsibilities:

· Edit and create high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.

· Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual stories.

· Organize and manage raw video footage, ensuring proper file organization and backup.

· Cut and trim footage segments to ensure smooth transitions, continuity, and seamless integration of audio, video, and graphics.

· Enhance videos with special effects, animations, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance engagement and convey the desired message.

· Incorporate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the overall video production.

· Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously improve video quality and production processes.

· Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

· Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, quality, and performance across various devices.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity.

· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

· Solid understanding of video editing techniques, principles of visual storytelling, and composition.

· Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and other video editing techniques.

· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and execute creative briefs effectively.

· Time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of video compression, codecs, and file formats for different platforms.

· Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing techniques is a plus.

· Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
