Mentoris Education is looking for a talented Video Content Creator to produce compelling, high-quality videos for a groundbreaking media project. This role involves leveraging AI tools, expert video editing, and creative storytelling to craft engaging content—without needing to appear on camera.

The position is based in Islamabad (hybrid work model), but fully remote candidates with exceptional skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

🎬 Content Production: Create and edit polished, engaging videos with captivating storytelling
🎬 AI Integration: Use Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok) to research, draft scripts, and streamline workflows
🎬 Video Editing: Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools, syncing AI-generated voiceovers, visuals, and music
🎬 Visual Design: Source and create visuals using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney), stock footage (e.g., Pexels), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
🎬 Content Optimization: Develop attention-grabbing titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to maximize engagement
🎬 Research: Explore historical and cultural topics relevant to global education using web sources, social media, and archives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Media, Communications, Journalism, History, or related fields)
✅ Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of American and Western culture with a global perspective
✅ AI Proficiency: Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Grok) and AI-driven video tools for content creation
✅ Video Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Rush, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
✅ Media Passion: Deep enthusiasm for storytelling, digital content, and innovative media production
✅ Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to AI advancements in video workflows
✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for scripting and collaboration
✅ Location: Based in Islamabad (Hybrid), but remote applicants with exceptional skills will be considered
