Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design, creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly designs that drive user engagement and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design and implement user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Translate complex concepts and user requirements into intuitive, functional, and attractive designs.
- Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all platforms and devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and integrity throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs based on user input.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in the industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and processes.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
