Description:
- Lead research projects - Consumer Insight and Market Insight.
- Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research, especially qualitative user research
- Evaluate past performance of a product or service through time to time Satisfaction survey projects
- Conduct OMI according to the directive of the HQ in any assigned regions within the country
- Help in designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires
- Supervising the survey team.
- Writing reports, including client recommendations and suggestions.
- Analyze the existing sales data, and obtain market insight
Required Working Experiences
- Marketing research experience more than 2 years
- Mobile phones or related technology industry working experience will be better (Non-mandatory requirement)
- University degree (market research / business / economics / sociology / psychology or related fields)
