Description:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and conducive to an excellent user experience. You will work closely with engineers to translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts. Your role will focus on both the aesthetic aspects of design and the technical implementation, ensuring that the final product resonates with users and drives customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive and attractive designs for web and mobile platforms, incorporating AI-driven features where applicable, ensuring that the final products are user-friendly and aligned with our business goals.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency and insight.
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and more, while adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to implement designs with attention to cross-platform compatibility and performance, utilizing AI-based tools for automated testing and optimization.
- Optimize existing user interfaces based on analytical feedback and user testing.
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Present and justify design concepts to management and key stakeholders.
- Advocate for the importance of user-centered design and aesthetic cohesion across all product and marketing platforms, leveraging AI-generated insights to inform design decisions.
- Conduct user research and evaluate AI-driven user feedback to gather insights and improve designs, utilizing AI-powered analytics tools to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and UI/UX technologies, incorporating new ideas to enhance user satisfaction.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable work.
- Develop accessibility and inclusivity standards for all products to ensure usability by a broad audience..
- Coordinate with other designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain clear communication.
- Perform usability tests on each type of page or interface element to ensure the designs meet usability and performance standards.
- Document the design process, leveraging AI tools for automated documentation and archiving well-organized files for future reference and iterations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Strong portfolio of design projects that includes AI-driven or AI-enhanced interfaces.
- Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools especially Figma
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Understanding of project management principles and tools, preferably in an Agile environment.
