Our client, a prominent sportsbook dedicated to providing an unparalleled betting experience is currently searching for an exceptional User Growth Product Specialist to join their friendly team based remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for overseas markets, driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization in Latin American and African markets.
- Analyse data to identify effective user acquisition channels and continuously optimize growth strategies.
- Use data to build user segmentation systems, optimise conversion funnels, and create tailored operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, data analysis, and customer support, to ensure the execution of growth plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in user growth, demonstrating strong self-drive.
- Solid experience managing growth initiatives across multiple channels (including social media, email, SEO, ASO, and paid advertising).
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both languages professionally.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling fast-paced changes and working under pressure.
- Prior experience with overseas projects is preferred.
- Product management experience and prototyping skills are preferred.
- Passionate about sports and familiarity with various sports is preferred.
