User Experience Designer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer at Sumato Solutions in Lahore. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, prototyping, and optimizing user experiences for software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the development team and stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications
 

• Proficiency in Design Thinking, User Research, and User Experience (UX) principles
• Strong skills in Visual Design and creating visually appealing interfaces
• Experience in Prototyping and creating interactive prototypes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design concepts
• Experience with industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role:

 

• 1 - 1.5 year of experience in designing enterprise software applications
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects
