User Experience Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate insights into actionable design decisions.

2. Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the seamless integration of design solutions into the development process.

4. Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather feedback, identify pain points, and iteratively improve designs.

5. Define and refine information architecture, ensuring logical and intuitive navigation for users.

6. Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive integration of visual design elements into the overall user experience.

7. Advocate for and ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, promoting inclusive design practices.

8. Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and design systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

3. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
