Job Role & Responsibilities

Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement

Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels

Monthly closing of books of accounts

Monthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement

Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution

Managing client communication and satisfaction

Handling client escalations

Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

Periodic review meetings with management

Candidates Specification

Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must

Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.

Prior experience of handling team of 5 or more staff members.

Good hands on MS Office and different Accounting Software's (QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, Net-Suite, Bill.com etc )

Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.

Prior experience of creating and implementing SOP’s.

Skills and Qualifications

5 Years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.

Good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.

Should have atleast 3 years' experience in KPO/ BPO or Process Industry
