This role requires an individual who can craft highly personalized and engaging proposals that win freelance projects on Upwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Write personalized, high-converting proposals for freelance projects, primarily on Upwork.

• Conduct thorough research to understand the client’s requirements and create customized proposals that align with their needs.

• Collaborate with the internal team to gain insights into the services offered and accurately communicate them in proposals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client preferences to ensure proposals are competitive and effective.

• Maintain strong follow-up communication with clients and effectively negotiate terms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience writing proposals for freelance platforms, particularly Upwork.

• Proven ability to write high-converting, tailored proposals.

• Strong understanding of software services and relevant technologies.

• A demonstrated history of winning projects through proposals on freelance platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and proposals.
