PureLogics is a dynamic IT services provider, focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients across the globe. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive (Upwork) to join our sales team, who is responsible for leading the bidding process and securing new business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire bidding process on Upwork, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct calls and meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating our services to close leads.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth workflow from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality client communication through written proposals and presentations.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, particularly in handling the Upwork sales platform.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with international clients.
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for sales management.
  • Basic knowledge of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Exposure to C2C (Client-to-Client) lead generation strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in business development or sales roles within the IT or technology sector.
