PureLogics is a dynamic IT services provider, focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients across the globe. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive (Upwork) to join our sales team, who is responsible for leading the bidding process and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire bidding process on Upwork, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct calls and meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating our services to close leads.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth workflow from prospecting to contract signing.
- Utilize CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality client communication through written proposals and presentations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development, particularly in handling the Upwork sales platform.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with international clients.
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for sales management.
- Basic knowledge of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Exposure to C2C (Client-to-Client) lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in business development or sales roles within the IT or technology sector.
