WigaTech Business Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to help us grow through online bidding platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- Sell digital services such as Graphic Design, 2D/3D Animation, Website and Mobile App Development, and WordPress Solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, ensuring effective communication with our development team.
- Coordinate with project managers for smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain client relationships, especially in the US and UK markets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Estimate project pricing, close deals, and maintain a strong portfolio with high ratings.
Requirements
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in online bidding, sales, or business development (preferably in IT/Digital Services).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in online platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Solid negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and develop effective bidding strategies.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
