Required Skills

- Strong experience in customer handling and client management on Upwork

- Web development expertise in MERN stack, WordPress, PHP, Laravel, Python, Node.js, SaaS, Chatbots, and related technologies

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of securing contracts and building long-term relationships on Upwork

- Knowledge of project management tools and processes
