We are looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidding Intern to join our team onsite in New Muslim Town, Lahore, during the night shift. This is a paid internship with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in freelance business development.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit compelling bids for IT projects on Upwork.
• Research client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Maintain and update client communications.
• Assist in profile and job posting optimizations.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, etc.).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
