Key Responsibilities:

✅ Proposal Writing & Bidding

• Write and submit compelling bids for IT projects on Upwork.
• Research client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

✅ Client Communication & Profile Optimization

• Maintain and update client communications effectively.
• Assist in profile enhancements and job posting optimizations.

Requirements:

✔ Excellent written & spoken English.
✔ Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, etc.).
✔ Strong research & analytical skills.
