Description:
Tiksom is looking for an Upwork Bidding Expert to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, generating leads from bidding, and ensuring high-level communication with potential clients. Your primary objective will be to meet company sales targets and collaborate closely with the sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Build rapport with clients through clear, customer-centric communication.
Respond to client queries and provide concise and clear technical responses.
Coordinate with clients to set up meetings and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.
Sales & Bidding:
Bid on projects using effective sales pitching skills.
Prepare proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work) for awarded projects.
Take follow-ups with clients and ensure the bidding process is managed efficiently.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team to meet the monthly revenue target.
Maintain daily stats reports to track performance.
Freelancing Platform Expertise:
Have knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to generate leads and bids effectively.

Skills:
Proficiency in verbal and written English.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and communicate in a customer-centric way.
Good time management and planning skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and meet deadlines and targets.
Experience:
Experience with freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork and Fiverr, is preferred.
