My name is Hamza, and I have recently launched a new company, Innovatix Media . I am seeking an experienced Upwork bidder to join me on a salary + commission basis. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role as an Upwork Bidding specialist. The responsibilities include managing bids, proposals, and client communications on the Upwork platform to secure project opportunities and maintain successful client relationships. The niche of account is Seo and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Research

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and projects that align with the company’s expertise and strategic objectives.

Proposal Writing

• Develop tailored, persuasive proposals that effectively highlight the company’s unique value proposition and capabilities.

Profile Optimisation

• Enhance and optimise the Upwork profile and bidding strategies to maximize visibility and success.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics related to Upwork bidding activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Bidding & Engagement

• Actively bid on relevant projects, initiate client interactions, and follow through with engagements until successful project handover to a senior manager.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Marketing.

Experience

• 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience.

Upwork Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Upwork platform, including bidding strategies, proposal development, and client engagement.

Market Insight

• Ability to track Upwork trends, analyse competitor activities, and stay updated on industry dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful proposals and articulating value propositions effectively.

Self-Motivation

• Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about achieving and surpassing business targets.

Technical Understanding

• Background in software development with familiarity in technical concepts and terminology.
