Upwork Bidder & Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Management:
• Identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with our service offerings (Logos and Branding, Website Design and Development, Animation Videos, Video Editing).
• Craft compelling proposals tailored to the client's needs and project requirements.
• Maintain and update bid templates to ensure high-quality submissions.

• Client Communication:
• Engage in direct communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements and expectations.
• Schedule and participate in calls with clients to present our services and provide project consultations.
• Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing to secure favorable deals.

• Sales & Closing:
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Successfully close deals by addressing client concerns, demonstrating the value of our services, and negotiating terms.
• Upsell additional services to enhance project scope.

• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular updates to clients during the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Target Achievement:
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously improve the bidding process and sales techniques to maximize success rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar sales role, with a strong track record of securing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of our service offerings (Logos and Branding, Website Design and Development, Animation Videos, Video Editing).
• Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in negotiating project terms and closing deals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
