• Write tailored, engaging, and persuasive proposals to attract potential clients.
• Highlight relevant skills, experiences, and past achievements in proposals to increase winning chances.
• Track and maintain a daily record of submitted proposals and responses.
• Build rapport with potential clients through initial communication and secure project discussions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand services and deliverables for customized pitching.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a bidder on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and win projects through proposals.
• Strong understanding of freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to craft client-focused and professional job proposals.
• Ability to meet daily targets of 5-6 well-researched job applications.
