Upwork Bidder - Intern

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Upwork Bidder at ML Bench located in Lahore. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for managing and submitting bids on the Upwork platform to secure projects and clients for the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and the use of persuasive techniques to win bids.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand client requirements and create compelling bids
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr platforms (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in bidding for IT projects is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
