A Tech Sight is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder & Closer to join our team. In this role, you will bid on Upwork projects, negotiate with clients, and successfully close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

- Bid on Upwork projects that align with our company’s skills and expertise.

- Negotiate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Close deals and ensure client satisfaction with our services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet high standards.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in bidding and closing deals on Upwork or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
