Upwork Bidder

Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to help grow our client base through strategic bidding and outreach on Upwork. You’ll act as the bridge between potential clients and our technical team by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and following up to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant AI, ML, and software development projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, clear, and concise proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Understand client needs and match them with Rezunate AI’s services.
• Maintain daily bidding targets and track proposal performance.
• Communicate with leads, schedule calls, and support closing deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team for accurate project scoping and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Excellent written English and client communication skills.
• Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, or software development is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and consistent in daily outreach.
• Familiarity with CRMs or tracking tools is a bonus.
