We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder who can effectively identify, bid on, and win projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, negotiating with clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of projects for our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Craft personalized, persuasive, and professional proposals to win projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients.
- Maintain a high response rate and win rate for bids.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and best practices for bidding.
- Track and report on bidding performance metrics (e.g., response rate, win rate, revenue generated).
- Continuously refine bidding strategies to improve success rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role, with a track record of winning projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Ability to craft compelling and tailored proposals that stand out.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile app development projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or proposal management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
