The Visuals Lab is a dynamic and growing video editing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We seek a motivated and experienced Bidder / Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base by winning new projects and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Bidding: Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing or job boards.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and craft compelling proposals tailored to their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospective leads to close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and creative teams to ensure accurate project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bidder, sales executive, or in a similar role in a video editing or creative agency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar.
- Ability to craft engaging and professional proposals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Understanding video editing processes is a plus but not mandatory.
