Voldexa, a Canada-based tech company, is seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder's with extensive experience in crafting winning proposals and securing projects. Experience with upwork, fiverr, toptal, freelancer, platforms is a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and place competitive bids.
• Write tailored and persuasive proposals to address client needs.
• Manage client communications and maintain professional relationships.
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on platform trends to improve bidding strategies.
• Leverage other platforms for additional project opportunities, if applicable.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize bidding success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong success rate.
• Experience with other platform's bidding is a significant advantage.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and craft customized solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields is preferred.
