Webrange Solutions is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join their team. An ideal candidate will have the duty of searching for winning projects, writing their proposals and winning new projects on Upwork. You will interact with the team to help expand the business by developing relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with the services provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Search for and apply to relevant job opportunities on Upwork.
• Create compelling, customized proposals that address client needs.
• Maintain communication with potential clients to build relationships and clarify project details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our capabilities and goals.
• Track and analyze bidding success rates to improve strategy and proposal effectiveness.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive proposal writing ability.
• Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Upwork platform best practices and job categories.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Ability to understand client requirements quickly and adjust approach as needed.
