Description:
We are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder and Profile Manager to handle our Upwork profile, bid on relevant jobs, and maintain a strong, professional presence on the platform. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing Upwork profiles, crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects. This role will play a key part in driving new business and expanding our client base on Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize our Upwork profile to ensure it reflects the company’s expertise, skills, and recent accomplishments. Update portfolios, job history, and client feedback to keep the profile attractive and relevant.
- Identify and select projects aligned with our skills and services, craft personalized and persuasive proposals, and ensure each bid highlights our strengths and experience.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients, addressing their queries, and positioning us as the ideal choice for their project.
- Keep up-to-date with Upwork trends, competitor profiles, and client preferences to stay competitive.
- Monitor and report on the success rate of bids, feedback from clients, and other KPIs to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven history of managing Upwork profiles and securing projects through well-written proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to understand client requirements, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with various Upwork tools and metrics to assess project viability and success rates.
